Manitoba Consumer Protection Information

All in pricing: As of June 1, 2015, dealers' must state in their advertisments the total price, including all additional charges except the PST and GST. In other words, a consumer responding to a dealer advertisment must be able to purchase the vehicle for the advertised price + GST & PST. No other fees, period.

The dealer may offer a consumer other add-ons such as extended warranty, but it is at the discretion of the consumer as to whether or not they wish to purchase any additional products from the dealer. CLICK HERE to view the Motor Vehicle Advertising & Information Disclosure Regulation.
