"Coming into the store I did feel a bit nervous as it was my first time buying and financing a car. However I can definitely say that the Car Store on Main separates themselves from other dealerships as they truly care for their customers. I had the pleasure of doing business with Charles who was super friendly and made the entire process go as smooth as possible. I was a little worried about getting approved but Charles was able to get it done and I was super happy as I was able to walk away with my dream car! They are very transparent about all the financing options and do not pressure you at all which is quite a difference from the bigger dealerships. "This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful that I went to The Car Store for my first stop in what was supposed to be a full day of car shopping. Charles and the rest of the team were very helpful and able to provide me with plenty of information so that I could make the best decision from the options given to me (especially when dealing with a tight budget). "Buying a car from this place was the smoothest, easiest and most trouble free experience. Charles was a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. He did listen to what I was after and was able to point out a few possibilities. I zeroed in on a used Outback in fantastic shape and he was able to explain the features very well. Getting financing was a breeze. After I purchased the car, I noticed that one of the cross bars of the built in roof rack had been attached using a really weird screw. Charles went above and beyond to rectify the problem and make sure I was happy well after the sale had been closed. Would definitely buy from this place again.
